been
working
with
numerous
track
athletes,
soccer

12 years.

time
we conducted
a tremendous
amount
of research
and
performed
hundreds
of tests
which
allowed
me to
conclude
that
maximum
physical

you
lift
weights
you
create
what
bodybuilders
call
a
pump.
This
is
attributed
to

flow

Compared
to
a
rested
state
when
blood
flow
is
normal
and
low,
this
increases
15-20
fold
during
exercise. Along
with

So,
if

blood

times
over
its
normal
rate
you
