Deadline Diet Phase II

Phase II of the Deadline Diet will also last four weeks. Here's where it gets a little unique. In this phase, fat along with a low amount of carbohydrates will be our main energy source. The diet ratios for phase two are as follows:1.5 grams of protein per pound of LBM (Lean Body Mass) 1.0 grams of fat per pound of LBM .5 grams of carbohydrates per pound of LBM

Yeah baby!! How are we feeling now? I know you are tired of Phase II and you need a change before you go crazy. No, Donuts are not a form of carbohydrate loading, so you can not justify a drive thru visit to Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts. We will get your carbohydrate cravings under control here in Phase III. Just hang in there!

Deadline Diet Phase IV
Hey, How are you feeling? I know the pizza and ice cream are calling your name. No worry’s though; I am going to help you with those uncontrollable cravings. I’ve been there…believe me. First, go and eat a cheat meal before starting Phase IV and I mean a cheat meal, not a cheat day. You can sit down once and eat whatever you want (pizza, pancakes, ice cream, I don’t care). Get your cravings out of the way, have no regrets, but only stuff yourself for one meal.
