This
bodybuilding intimidator known as Lionel
'L-Train' Brown has been represent'n
Long Beach, Calif., since he was born.
Lionel grew up surrounded by gangs that
ran the neighborhood where he lived.
But Lionel chose a different lifestyle.
He felt a greater calling in bodybuilding.
Recently, Lionel fulfilled one part
in his quest – bodybuilding domination
– by winning his IFBB pro card.
Next on his agenda is to lay waste to
all other competition. Keep an eye out

as he will be steaming forward for a
