Monson as this fighting superstar makes
his mark on the world of Mixed Martial
Arts (MMA) by destroying his opponents
with vicious strikes and bone-breaking
submissions. For those of you who aren't
familiar with 'The Snowman,' Jeff has
been competing since 1998 and currently
has a professional MMA record of 24-6-0
(wins-losses-draws). This 35-year-old
enters the cage at a massive and shredded
240 pounds. He's a fierce wrecking machine
and you don't want to trade blows with
him. Just take one look at this tattooed
mountain of ass-kicking muscle and you
can see why he's one of the most feared
fighters in the game.
Jeff is no joke when
it comes to MMA. This American Top Team
(ATT) member has a brown belt in Brazilian
Jiu Jitsu and is also an accomplished
wrestler. Jeff is a two-time World Abu
Dhabi Submission Grappling Champion.
It was during his 1999 tournament run
where the nickname "The Snowman"
came. Jeff entered the tournament as
a complete unknown and beat four extremely
tough Brazilian fighters to win the
title. The Brazilians described Jeff
as a snowball, a white compact ball
growing bigger and stronger with each
fight. Before he knew it, the name 'Snowman'
came about and has stuck ever since.
As an MMA fighter,
Jeff endures the most rigorous training
program in the athletic world. Pushing
