Any words for your
fellow iron warriors? Don't give up
on your goals, dreams, and aspirations
in life. There will be roadblocks along
the way. Overcoming them will only enable
you to become a stronger person. Be
consistent and persistent.
Source of Inspiration:
My mother is the biggest influence in
my life. She gave her all as a single
parent of 5 kids who worked harder than
anyone I know to support her family.
Her drive is instilled within me.
What's crazy bout you?
If you coat anything in peanut butter
I can eat it. (Better yet, just give
me a jar and a spoon!) |

The
Iron Game |
Entered
the Bodybuilding game: In High School
- 15 years old
How many hours a day/week
do you spend on hellish torture? Average
of 2 hours daily for 6 or 7 days a week.
How many weeks to get
seriously striated? 12 weeks out.
Any inspirational words
to your legions of soldiers? Learn all
aspects of the body, nutrition, and
the importance of rest and recovery.
All play an important role in maximizing
muscle.
Why do you pound the
weights? I like the challenge of transforming
my body from one stage to the next.
I like the end result, being onstage
and the camaraderie among the competitors.
What crosses your mind
before torture? I rehearse my workout
in my mind on the way to the gym. I
think about the weight I want to lift
and how I'm going to get through my
workout.
How do you psych yourself
up? I use music as a driving force to
push through tough workouts. I have
to focus on the workout at hand and
its impact on my end result. I think
about what will happen if I slack. I
know if I do, I won't be happy with
the final product.
What drives you to
perfection? I think about my competition
and how hard they train. I think about
what I need to do to improve particular
body parts. I have also had to use others'
negativity and turn it around, letting
it positively impact my workout.
What's most freaky
about you? I consider myself somewhat
balanced. If I had to pick a part I
would say quads.
Favorite part to hit
in the gym? Arms.
What foods do you submit
to? Peanut butter and fried chicken. |

The
Story of the World's Freakiest Bodybuilder |
Leo
Ingram has recently earned his IFBB
pro card making him one of the newest
freaks to the division. This massive
mutant has some of the sickest vascularity
ever seen on stage. When you look at
Leo's physique, you can't argue against
his hard work and dedication. Leo sports
a very impressive contest record, finishing
either first or second place in every
competition he challenged. This military
engineer has worked for the US Navy
and was stationed on the USS Vandegrift
from 2000 to 2004. During this time,
Leo still pounded the weights to keep
his freakish size and unimaginable strength.
Watch your back for this newest pro
because he'll be doing some serious
damage this year. |
