One of the most educational things a person can do for himself is to set a deadline for reaching his physique goal. An impending deadline forces you to accelerate the learning curve and you will acquire more info about how your body works than ever before. Sometimes the deadlines are self-imposed; other times you may have a specific event in mind for which you want to peak.

Deadline Diet for Women Phase II
 
Phase II of the Deadline Diet will also last four weeks. Here’s where it gets a little unique. In this phase, fats will be our main energy source and a very small amount of carbohydrates.

Deadline Diet for Women Phase III
 
If looking good was easy, everyone would be doing it. We know you’re not going to miss Phase II and need a change before you go crazy. Doughnuts or Ben Jerry’s Ice Cream (Chubby Hubby flavor either) are not an option but Veggies are! Fresh greens and other low carb veggies are great not just for adding belly filling bulk to a meal, but also for maintaining healthy digestion. No midnight Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Doughnut carb loading sessions, but we’ll get those cravings under control here in Phase III. Just hang in there, a little reprieve is coming…

Deadline Diet for Women Phase IV
 
Hey, how are you feeling? I know the pizza and ice cream are calling your name. No worries though; I am going to help you with those uncontrollable cravings. I’ve been there…believe me. First, go and eat a cheat meal before starting Phase IV and I mean a cheat meal, not a cheat day. You can sit down once and eat whatever you want (pizza, pancakes, ice cream, I don’t care).
